If necessary this period may be extended to two months, depending on the nature of the request and the number of requests. Within one month of receiving your request we will notify you of any extension and the reasons for it.

13.11 Provided that it does not conflict with the provisions of section 13 of the law, the information you request pursuant to your rights in section 13 will be provided free of charge. If a request is unfounded or excessive, especially if it is repeated, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative cost of providing the information or notifying the requested action. We may also refuse to act.
